STEVEN J. FRAM is a shareholder in the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he chairs the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Fram concentrates his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes, including business torts, class actions, technology matters and shareholder and corporate governance disputes. Mr. Fram has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the area of business litigation. He speaks and writes on a regular basis about litigation, legal ethics and technology law issues to business and professional groups. His most recent publication is a chapter on "Challenging an Opposing Party's Expert" that is included in Litigators on Experts: Strategies for Managing Expert Witnesses from Retention through Trial, (American Bar Association 2010). He is a member of the Camden County, New Jersey State and American bar associations. Mr. Fram earned both his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his M.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. DOUGLAS F. JOHNSON is a shareholder at Earp Cohn P.C. in Cherry Hill where he devotes his practice entirely to litigation, including shareholder, contract, real estate and other business disputes, employment litigation, consumer fraud class actions, environmental litigation and life, health, disability and ERISA disputes. Mr. Johnson served for six years as a prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice before entering private practice. He has taught antitrust law and pre-trial advocacy at Rutgers Law School, and has lectured at various bar association and insurance conferences on litigation issues. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Camden County, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia and American bar associations and the Defense Research Institute. He earned his B.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Rutgers Law School in Camden. MARK J. OBERSTAEDT is a shareholder in the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he is a member of the firm's commercial litigation practice group. Mr. Oberstaedt concentrates his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes, including business torts, federal and state RICO, fraud and ERISA. He has lectured on various litigation and ERISA issues, and has written articles that appeared in various publications including the New Jersey Law Journal, Seton Hall Law Review, and others. Mr. Oberstaedt is a member of the Camden County, New Jersey State and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors and summa cum laude, from College Misericordia, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Seton Hall Law Review. DANTE C. ROHR is an attorney with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, where he concentrates his practice in complex litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of professionals including attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers and directors and officers, as well as the representation of product manufacturers, designers and distributors in product liability actions. Mr. Rohr has significant experience in the representation of clients in appeals to the New Jersey Appellate Division, Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In addition to his defense of professionals, Mr. Rohr is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and his practice includes federal and state litigation of intellectual property matters and appeals, including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and trademark infringement. Mr. Rohr also has significant experience in the areas of business litigation, intellectual property, insurance and admiralty and maritime law. He has represented many clients connection with intellectual property actions, marine terminal operations, ship owners and cargo claims, property damage and personal injury claims. Before joining the firm, he worked as an electrical design engineer in the manufacturing and machine design fields. He received his B.S. degree, in Electrical Engineering, from Drexel University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law - Camden, New Jersey.
