JOSEPH F. BEHOT JR. is a partner in the Hackensack law firm of Sokol, Behot and Fiorenzo, where he practices in the areas of banking, commercial transactions and real estate. Mr. Behot earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Lehigh University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State (member, State Banking Law Section) and American (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; Business Law Section) bar associations. GARY F. EISENBERG is a partner at the law firm of Herrick, Feinstein LLP, where he concentrates his practice on restructurings, workouts and bankruptcy, specializing in commercial litigation and distressed asset financing transactions. Mr. Eisenberg has nearly 20 years of experience in representing secured creditors, bondholders, hedge funds, distressed investors and distressed asset buyers in large and complex cases. He advises on the debtor-creditor aspects of corporate transactions, including structured finance transactions. He also represented numerous secured lenders in foreclosure litigation and in non-judicial sales in over two dozen jurisdictions. Mr. Eisenberg has represented creditors in multiple bankruptcy jurisdictions, litigating cash collateral orders and stay relief motions and specializing in obtaining confirmation of lender-proposed plans of reorganization. He is a member of the New Jersey State and New York State bar associations and the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association. Mr. Eisenberg earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Yale University and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law. KEITH E. LYNOTT is an environmental partner in the Real Estate/Construction/ Environmental Practice Group for the firm McCarter & English, LLP. He concentrates his practice in environmental law. In addition to representing clients in connection with environmental litigation and regulatory matters, he has represented major corporations and financial institutions in business transactions involving audits, due diligence, preparation and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements, and compliance with federal and state environmental laws and regulations as they relate to transactions, including the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). Mr. Lynott has extensive experience in counseling clients with respect to permitting and regulatory compliance and is an experienced negotiator with Federal and State environmental regulators. Mr. Lynott has lectured and written on environmental law topics. He has spoken for Law Seminars International, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), National Business Institute, the New Jersey State Bar Association (Environmental Section) and the National Law Foundation. Mr. Lynott is recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" for 2008-2010 and in the Chambers USA "Leaders in their Field" 2009 and 2010 editions. He is a member of the American, New Jersey State and Essex County bar associations. Mr. Lynott earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Yale University and his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School. JAMES POKUSA is an attorney with American Freedom Assurance, where he practices in the areas of real estate title matters. Mr. Pokusa has lectured extensively on title issues for National Business Institute and also for the Land Title Association. He is former legal counsel for Community Title Abstract Company. Mr. Pokusa is a member of the Camden County Inns of Court Society and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree from Stockton College and his J.D. degree from Delaware Law School.
