HARRISON J. GORDON with offices located in Springfield, New Jersey is the senior partner of Gordon & Gordon, P.C., a prominent law firm with a concentration in cases involving traumatic brain injury and serious personal injuries. Mr. Gordon has been selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers from 2006 to the present time and was also selected as one of the Top 100 attorneys in New Jersey for 2007 by Super Lawyer as well as being a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Gordon has been involved in many precedent setting cases involving Pan Am 103, the Dupont Hotel Plaza fire in Puerto Rico, the Seton Hall University Fire, and was chosen by the Attorney General of New Jersey to be a member of the Tobacco Litigation Team representing the State of New Jersey in a landmark case against the tobacco industry which resulted in a 7.6 billion dollar settlement for the State of New Jersey. PETER L. KORN is a partner at the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. He served as a managing partner at his prior firm for 18 years. Mr. Korn has extensive experience in complex litigation and has tried more than 450 cases to verdict. These include the defense of medical malpractice, transfusion-related disease, various disciplines of professional liability, product market discrimination claims, commercial disputes and probate-related matters. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and served a judicial clerkship for Hon. John E. Barger and Hon. Chester A. Weidenburner in the Superior Court of Union County, New Jersey. Mr. Korn served as an assistant prosecutor in Union County for 4 years, including as co-director of the federally funded Narcotics and Organized Crime Task Forces. During that time, he prosecuted all types of criminal cases and tried one of the first wiretap cases in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Korn also is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
