October 12 - Princeton THOMAS F. COLLINS JR. is an attorney with the Morristown law firm of Vogel, Chait, Collins and Schneider where he is recognized statewide in land use, environmental and municipal law. A substantial part of Mr. Collins' practice is devoted to land use, environmental and real estate matters; "Mt. Laurel" cases; the New Jersey Highlands Act; and municipal law. His planning background provides an added dimension to his legal expertise in land use law. Mr. Collins is a Licensed Professional Planner. JEFFREY M. HALL is a partner in the Princeton office of Fox Rothschild LLP. Mr. Hall brings significant experience to the real estate department were he concentrates in land use matters; representation of applicants before zoning boards; tax appeals, eminent domain matters and property rights claims; commercial real estate; outdoor advertising law; and green building (LEED) and real estate energy law. Mr. Hall also serves as co-chair of the firm's tax assessment appeal group. Mr. Tombalakian has represented property owners, developers and redevelopers, municipalities and not-for-profit entities on a wide variety of matters. Mr. Tombalakian began his career with a consulting engineering firm where he worked on many civil and environmental engineering projects throughout New Jersey. Mr. Baylinson is a past president of the Atlantic County Bar Association.
