E. VICKI ARIANS is the principal of the Law Offices of E. Vicki Arians, LLC. She concentrates her practice in litigation, healthcare, regulatory, transactional, PIP practice and municipal court defense. Ms. Arians graduated, cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College. She earned her J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and attended the International Law Program at the University of Parma (Italy). Ms. Arians is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar. She has experience as Acting Director Regulatory Affairs for the Division of Consumer Affairs and as Litigation Liaison to Division of Law. MARIO J. DELANO is a certified civil trial attorney and partner with Campbell, Foley, Delano & Adams, in Asbury Park, New Jersey. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation, handling matters involving automobile, property and casualty, bodily injury, fraud and trucking law. Mr. Delano earned his B.B.A. degree in Accounting Information Systems from Pace University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark. He is a member of the Middlesex County and Monmouth bar associations, New Jersey Defense Association (Executive Board Member, 2008-2010 and 2011-present), and municipal prosecutor in the Borough of Brielle. Mr. Delano has been an instructor for the New Jersey Defense Association Trial College, International Fraud Management Conference, the New Jersey Special Investigator's Association and for presentations at various insurance carriers throughout the state of New Jersey. GREGORY E. PETERSON is an attorney with Dyer & Peterson, P.C., where his main areas of practice include a wide array of litigation cases, including complex commercial, breach of contract, insurance defense, personal injury, products liability, construction and professional liability matters. Mr. Peterson participates in all aspects of litigation and has tried cases including initial case assessment; discovery drafting; fact, expert and corporate designee depositions; trial preparation trial and appellate practice. He has been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyers "Rising Star" for several consecutive years. Mr. Peterson earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Peterson is a member of the New Jersey State and Essex County bar associations.
