ANN B. BRADLEY is an attorney in Ocean Grove, New Jersey. She has focused her practice in the areas of real estate and foreclosures law since 1989. Ms. Bradley earned her B.A degree at St. John's University - Jamaica, New York and her J.D. degree at St. John's University School of Law. JAMES J. CURRY is the principal of the Toms River law firm of James J. Curry, Jr. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board on Trial Attorney Certification. Mr. Curry also has Certification in Elder Law by New York University's, School of Continuing and Professional Studies. His main areas of practice include medical malpractice litigation, general litigation, estate planning, probate litigation, civil practice, elder law, wills, probate, trusts and estates, asset protection, and guardianship. Mr. Curry earned his B.S. degree at St. Peter's College, his J.D. degree at Fordham University and an LL.M. degree at New York University. Mr. Curry is a member of the New Jersey State and American bar associations, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and New York State Trial Lawyers Association. STEPHEN MCNALLY is a member of the Cherry Hill law firm of Chiumento McNally, LLC, where his practice is devoted to real estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure and commercial transactions. Mr. McNally earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from St. Joseph's University and his J.D. degree from Temple University. He was a guest speaker for the Bucks County Community College on negotiable instruments and has spoken on real estate and bankruptcy to various business and professional groups. Mr. McNally is a member of the Camden (member, Debtor/Creditor Relations Committee) and New Jersey State (member, Real Property and Trust Committee) bar associations. JUAN C. PEREZ rejoined the LOGS network of attorneys in September of 2008 as managing partner in New Jersey. He brings more than 17 years of experience in real estate, title insurance, and litigation to the position. Prior to joining Shapiro & Perez, LLP, Mr. Perez was general counsel for a regional title insurance company, where he oversaw underwriting activities, supervised the company's foreclosure and REO operations and managed the companies foreclosure legal review affiliate. Before joining the title company, Mr. Perez was counsel to Budd Larner, P.C., where his practice focused on the representation of institutional lenders in litigation and transactional matters, including mortgage foreclosures, replevins, collections, bankruptcies, lease negotiations and other real estate matters. He started his career in creditor's rights litigation as a litigation associate with the Shapiro & Kreisman firm. Mr. Perez is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. He is past chair of the District IV Ethics Committee (Camden/Gloucester Counties) and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia/South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Mr. Perez is a frequent speaker on real estate and creditor's rights issues.
