STEVEN ANTINOFF is an attorney with the law firm of Parker Young & Antinoff, where he practices in the area of defense litigation focusing on automobile negligence. He frequently speaks for various professional groups on defense litigation. Mr. Antinoff is a member of the Camden County (former member, Board of Trustees) and the Burlington County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree for the University of Pittsburgh.

DAVID W. BURNS is a partner with the law firm of Lackovara & Burns, LLC, where his main area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on plaintiff personal injury matters; including those arising from motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and products liability. Mr. Burns has maintained his designation by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a certified civil trial attorney since 1999. He has served on the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey and as chairperson of the Personal Injury Subcommittee of the Burlington County Bar Association. Mr. Burns has served as neutral arbitrator on binding arbitrations and as court-appointed counsel on cases involving minors' personal injury claims. He is currently a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and continues to serve as an arbitrator in the Superior Court of Burlington County. He earned his B.S. degree from Saint Joseph's University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.

JOHN M. CINTI is an attorney with the law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, where his main area of practice is civil litigation and focuses on personal injury defense and insurance coverage disputes. He was designated a certified civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2004. Mr. Cinti is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Defense Association, and previously served as chairman of the automobile law subcommittee for that organization. He also continues to serve as an arbitrator in the Superior Courts of Mercer and Burlington counties. Mr. Cinti is admitted to the New Jersey State, New York State and Pennsylvania bar associations, as well as the New Jersey Federal District Court and 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark.
