ROBERT S. BARANOWSKI JR. is an attorney with Hyland Levin LLP, where he focuses his practice on environmental and land use matters. He is experienced in handling title insurance claims, real property disputes and general commercial litigation. Mr. Baranowski has presented on land use, zoning and environmental topics at NJICLE, ALI-ABA, the Camden County Bar Association, the Sharper Lawyer, the Atlantic Builders Convention and the Rutgers University Occupational Training Center. Ms. Cohen also annually writes the Environmental Chapter in the ALM New Jersey Tax Handbook, published by The New Jersey Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court - District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit. ALAN P. FOX is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A., where he has developed his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, bankruptcy, business law, real estate, renewable energy law, zoning and land use law. Recently, Mr. Fox's practice has expanded into transactions related to and obtaining zoning approvals for 20 mega-watt photovoltaic solar powered electricity production systems in southern New Jersey, as well as smaller systems for owner/occupied use in the industrial and manufacturing sector. He has 25 years of experience presenting land use applications before zoning and planning boards, as well as 8 years as the solicitor for the Riverside Township Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Fox has litigated zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels. His commercial real estate practice covers shopping centers, restaurants, retail, office buildings, warehouses and residential developments, as well as solar farms. Mr. Fox's practice also concentrates on protecting creditors' rights. His commercial litigation experience covers a wide variety of industries, including banking, landscape, manufacturing, computer hardware/software, construction, automotive retail, real estate development and wholesale floral. Mr. Fox represents both secured and unsecured creditors in a variety of commercial lending litigation, including, collection under notes and loan agreements, security agreements and financial statements, mortgage foreclosure, and replevin or assignments of rents. His representation of creditors in the bankruptcy forum includes negotiating cash collateral agreements, stay relief motions, defending preference actions, non-dischargeability issues, and rejection/assumption of executory contract or lease issues. Mr. Fox was recognized as one of South Jersey's Top Attorneys as published by SJ Magazine. Recently in 2010/2011, he lectured on landlord/tenant issues in bankruptcy. HARDT, ESQ., is a sole practitioner in Moorestown, New Jersey. He has previously lectured at ICLE seminars on municipal litigation and for the Burlington County Bar Association's seminars on appellate practice, and planning and zoning. Mr. Hardt is an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law and serves as assistant counsel for the New Jersey Federation of Planning Officials. He earned his B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University. Mr. Hardt is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and before the Federal District Court Bar and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
