CHARLES K. GRABER is a shareholder in the firm of Charles K. Graber, Esquire, P.C. with offices in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Graber specializes in civil and commercial litigation with a particular emphasis in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and selective personal injury matters. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the Supreme Court of the U.S. and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions. Mr. Graber is a, cum laude, graduate of Widener University School of Law, where he received numerous academic awards and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State bar associations, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and is an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy of the American Association for Justice. Mr. Graber also is a barrister and active member of the Temple American Inn of Court. He was elected a member of the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forums in 2007. In addition to having a busy trial practice, Mr. Graber has been invited repeatedly by organizations throughout the country to facilitate programs and to speak to other trial lawyers about the law of insurance bad faith in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since 2009, he has been a frequent guest on WPHT 1210am radio's "Legal Perspectives" show, during which he discusses matters concerning insurance coverage and bad faith. Prior to founding his firm in 2005, Mr. Graber was an equity shareholder with a firm in Philadelphia and was previously associated with a prominent insurance defense firm in Philadelphia. STEVEN J. POLANSKY is a shareholder of the law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, and is a member of the insurance coverage and bad faith practice group within the firm. His practice areas include property and liability insurance coverage claims, bad faith litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Polansky earned his B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was Order of the Coif and a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the Camden County, New Jersey State and American bar associations, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Polansky is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and is a rule 1:40 qualified mediator.
