JOHN M. CINTI is an attorney with the law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, where his main area of practice is civil litigation focusing on personal injury defense and insurance coverage disputes. He was designated a certified civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2004. Mr. Cinti is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Defense Association, and previously served as chairman of the automobile law subcommittee for that organization. He also continues to serve as an arbitrator in the Superior Courts of Mercer and Burlington counties. Mr. Cinti is admitted to the New Jersey State, New York State and Pennsylvania bar associations, as well as the New Jersey Federal District Court and 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. STEVEN J. FRAM is a shareholder in the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he chairs the firm's commercial litigation practice group. Mr. Fram concentrates his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes, including business torts, class actions, intellectual property and technology matters, and shareholder and corporate governance disputes. He is a frequent lecturer on litigation, ethics and technology law issues to business and professional groups. He is a member of the Camden County, New Jersey State and American bar associations. Mr. Fram earned both his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his M.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. DEREK R. LAYSER is a shareholder and co-founder of Layser & Freiwald, P.C., where he has an active trial practice in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and catastrophic loss litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of issues, including trial practice techniques and civil practice matters. His peers have recognized Mr. Layser with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, he is listed in the Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been named a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" for medical malpractice litigation by Philadelphia Magazine for the 6th consecutive year. Mr. Layser is an active member of the American, Pennsylvania, New Jersey State and Philadelphia bar associations as well as The American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Delaware Law School of Widener University.
