ERIC A. BROWNDORF is a partner and chairman of the Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights practice group of Cooper Levenson April Niedelman Wagenheim, P.A. Mr. Browndorf has restricted his practice exclusively to banking, creditor's rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation since 1984. His professional associations include the New Jersey Bankers Association, New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association, New Jersey Consumer Creditors Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Trustees, Creditor Debtor's Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Pennsylvania and American bar associations. Mr. Browndorf has lectured throughout the United States on creditor's rights to attorneys, bankers, accountants, trustees and national consumer and commercial lending institutions. He has written and edited numerous texts for creditors on recovery strategies, including a two volume text "Debt Recovery: Maintaining the Competitive Edge; "Bankruptcy: A Source Manual for the Workout Specialist in New Jersey"; "Creditors Rights: Effective Recovery Strategies After the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1994" and "Debt Recovery Under the New Bankruptcy Act: A Recovery Manual for the Workout Specialist in New Jersey". Mr. Brownsdorf authored "Multinational Corporations Law: A Bibliography on Multinational Corporations and Foreign Direct Investment" (Dobbs Ferry N.Y. Oceana Publications 1979) and was an adjunct Professor in Business Law at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey as well as Atlantic Community College. Mr. Brownsdorf is admitted practice before the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his B.S. degree from American University and his J. D. degree from Cornell Law School. RICHARD B. LINDERMAN is a shareholder of Stark & Stark. He concentrates his practice on advising condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations on matters including daily operations, the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and regulations, developer transition, fair housing compliance, construction defects and civil litigation. Mr. Linderman was included in the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers by New Jersey Monthly magazine for 2009, 2010 and 2011. He has successfully represented community associations in numerous litigations, including the defense of executive boards, complex construction suits and consumer related matters. Mr. Linderman is a frequent lecturer to homeowners, property managers and industry professionals on topics relating to community associations, corporate governance and assessment collections. His articles have been published in Community Trends magazine. In addition, Mr. Linderman is an active member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He earned his B.S. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Mr. Linderman is admitted to practice in New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. MICHAEL J. SHAVEL is an attorney with Hill Wallack LLP, where he practices in the area of bankruptcy reorganizations and workouts, and debt and equity restructuring. Mr. Shavel attended Drew University and he earned his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. He is admitted to practice for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and all federal district courts in New York. Mr. Shavel is a member of the American Bar Institute, New Jersey State Bar Association (Bankruptcy and Banking sections), Turnaround Management Association, Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and the American Bankruptcy Institute. ANDREW SKLAR is a managing partner for Sklar-Markind in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He practices in the area of collections, bankruptcy, landlord tenant, commercial litigation and foreclosure. Mr. Sklar was named the Best Debt Collection Attorney in the SJ Magazine in 2003. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Hartford and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar, the New Jersey Creditors Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Sklar is also a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee for the District of New Jersey.
