PETER J. BROEGE is the managing member of the law firm of Broege, Neumann, Fischer & Shaver, LLC, where he specializes in representing clients in matters before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He regularly appears in bankruptcy court in all three vicinages of the District of New Jersey, located in Trenton, Newark and Camden. For more than 30 years, Mr. Broege has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and committees in proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He previously represented the Chapter 13 standing trustee in the Trenton and Camden vicinages of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for more than 10 years. Mr. Broege has served on the Lawyer's Advisory Committee to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and also was a court appointed member of the Local Rules Committee for the bankruptcy court in New Jersey. At present, he is a registered mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. In addition to appearing regularly before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, Mr. Broege has appeared on bankruptcy appeals before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy laws for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as for other professional education organizations. Mr. Broege earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, his M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. CARL J. DALLARDA is an attorney with the law firm of Indik & McNamara, P.C., where he practices in the areas of collections, professional malpractice, commercial litigation and personal injury. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University in Brunswick, New Jersey and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Dallarda is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. He also is an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. RICHARD B. LINDERMAN is a shareholder of Herrick Feinstein, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on advising condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations on matters including daily operations, the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and regulations, developer transition, fair housing compliance, construction defects and civil litigation. He was included in the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers by New Jersey Monthly magazine for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Mr. Linderman has successfully represented community associations in numerous litigations, including the defense of executive boards, complex construction suits and consumer related matters. He is a frequent lecturer to homeowners, property managers and industry professionals on topics relating to community associations, corporate governance and assessment collections. Mr. Linderman's articles have been published in Community Trends magazine. In addition, he is an active member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Mr. Linderman is admitted to practice in New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his B.S. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. DONALD S. MAURICE JR. practices with the Philadelphia based law firm of Maurice & Needleman, whose attorneys specialize in all areas of creditors' rights and financial services litigation. He has successfully litigated for the financial services industry for nearly 25 years. Mr. Maurice has defended Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases throughout the United States, has argued FDCPA cases before the Third and Eighth Circuit courts of appeals in such cases as Gorbaty v. Portfolio and Goodmann v. Peoples Bank, and has participated as amicus co-counsel in the Second Circuit case, Ellis v. Solomon. In addition to being a frequent speaker and author on consumer financial services litigation, he serves as the vice chair of the Bankruptcy and Debt Collection Subcommittee within the Consumer Financial Services Committee of the American Bar Association. Mr. Maurice also serves as New Jersey State compliance chair of the Members' Attorney Program, a division of ACA International. He has been included in the New Jersey Super Lawyers list in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law since 2007 and in the Corporate Counsel Super Lawyers list since 2009.
