JAMES R. COSTELLO II is an attorney with the law firm of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, LLP, where he has performed successful collections work for a large cigarette distributor and worked on bankruptcy matters for major American automotive manufacturers. Mr. Costello also practices in the areas of labor and employment, and litigation matters. He is a member of the New Jersey State and American bar associations, and the Burlington/Camden County Inn of Court (Pupil, 2004-2006). Mr. Costello clerked for the Honorable Justice John E. Wallace, Jr., of the New Jersey Supreme Court and has earned the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Award For Excellence in New Jersey Practice in 2003. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree, high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law. STEVEN I. GREENBERG is an attorney with the law firm of Schachter Portnoy, L.L.C. His main areas of practice include collections, commercial litigation, subrogation, workers' compensation, contracts and PIP (No-Fault). Prior to becoming an associate with Schachter Portnoy, L.L.C., he was the managing attorney for a large subrogation and collections department. Mr. Greenberg has given seminars on collection practices, subrogation issues, and was involved in bar association matters regarding various proposed litigation and legislation. He is a member of the New Jersey State, New Jersey Creditors and Monmouth County bar associations, as well as the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his J.D. degree from Syracuse University. WILLIAM P. RUBLEY is an attorney with Subranni Zauber LLC specializing on complex commercial litigation including debt collection and defense. Prior to joining Subranni Zauber LLC, he was an attorney at a boutique litigation firm out of Philadelphia specializing in all areas of complex commercial litigation. Mr. Rubley has extensive experience in a variety of areas of commercial litigation, including banking, contract disputes, complex statutory interpretation, and employment. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Although experienced in many areas of law, Mr. Rubley now concentrates his practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on complex civil litigation, including banking, real estate, foreclosure, breach of contract and fraud. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rubley earned his undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law.
