October 24 - Princeton PETER J. BROEGE is the managing member of the law firm of Broege, Neumann, Fischer & Shaver, LLC, where he specializes in representing clients in matters before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He regularly appears in Bankruptcy Court in all three vicinages of the District of New Jersey located in Trenton, Newark and Camden. For more than 30 years Mr. Broege has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and committees in proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He previously represented the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee in the Trenton and Camden vicinages of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for more than ten years. Mr. Broege has served on the Lawyer's Advisory Committee to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and also was a court appointed member of the Local Rules Committee for the bankruptcy court in New Jersey. GORSKI is a partner with the Trenton law firm of Teich Groh, where his main area of practice is bankruptcy law. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Gorski has spoken for the New Jersey ICLE in the past. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law. TABACHNIK is in private practice in both New York and New Jersey and is of counsel to the New York law firm of Novack, Burnbaum & Crystal, LLP. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy litigation, commercial bankruptcy, fraudulent conveyance litigation, business law, debtors' rights, creditors' rights, commercial litigation and commercial law. For the past six years, Mr. Tabachnik has been the Chair of the Bankruptcy Litigation Committee of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association, and is also a member of that Section's Executive Committee, as well as a member of the Executive Committee for the Business section of that organization. October 25 - Cherry Hill JOHN W. HARGRAVE is a member of John W. Mr. Hargrave has been a Chapter 7 Trustee for 25 years. He is an active member of the Camden County and New Jersey State bar associations, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the New Jersey Bankruptcy Trustees' Association (past president), and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
