April 23 - Cherry Hill MARTIN H. ABO is a managing member of Abo and Company, LLC, with offices in Voorhees, New Jersey and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Mr. Abo is also a certified public accountant and litigation and forensic consultant with the firm. He has comprehensive experience in individual and corporate financial, business and tax planning. Mr. Abo's previous experience includes several years with the tax department and audit staff of a Big Four CPA firm, as well as regional firms, before he founded the present enterprise. He had previously served as a director of a local bank and 14 times had been selected by the S.E.C. as one of 150 participants of CPAs, lawyers, bankers, venture capitalists and economic development experts from across the nation for its annual conference on issues relating to small business capital formation. Mr. Abo was elected to serve as a New Jersey delegate to the White House Conference on small business under two U.S. presidents. The Small Business Administration had named him Accountant Advocate of the Year. As a graduate of Syracuse University, Mr. Abo is an active member and was the chair for several years for the Litigation Services Committee of the New Jersey Society of CPA's and its Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting Interest Group. He holds the professional designation of certified valuation analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and has been awarded the designation of accredited in business valuation (ABV) and certified in financial forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Abo served as president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey; served as director of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey; serves on the Matrimonial Accounting Interest Group of the NJSCPA; and served as a special advisor to the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers. ERIC A. FELDHAKE is a shareholder with the law firm of Kulzer & DiPadova, P.C., where his areas of practice include estate and tax planning, administration, litigation, and real estate and business transactions. He is a member of the bars of the state of New Jersey and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Feldhake is also a member of the American, New Jersey State and the Camden County bar associations. He is an adjunct instructor of law and entrepreneurial studies at Burlington County College and an instructor of taxation at the Judge Advocate General Corps' LL.M. Mr. Greenbaum has served as a guest lecturer at St. John's University. He is a frequent lecturer and author on corporate and healthcare law topics. GURDAK is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor, concentrating on financial management and business planning. He advises organizations on improved operating efficiency and techniques for formulating and implementing a wide range of financial and business strategies. Mr. Gurdak has significant experience in bank compliance, operational risk, Sarbanes-Oxley, 10K/10Q reporting, portfolio credit analysis, budget planning, controllership and treasury operations. Clients include not-for-profit educational, fund raising organizations, real estate, medical and financial firms. He is a member of the Board of Regents at St. Peters College in Jersey City, and serves on the audit committees for St. Peter's College and St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City. Mr. Gurdak served on the Board of Trustees of St. Peter's Preparatory School and as a trustee of Palisades Medical Center. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
