PHILIP M. COLICCHIO is a founding partner of Taylor Colicchio & Silverman LLP, where his main areas of practice include business counseling and litigation; national and international restaurant and hospitality development and consulting; private REIT investment; commercial and multi-family real estate; commercial litigation and debt restructuring; and employment and insurance related litigation. KEDDIE III is an attorney with the Taylor Colicchio & Silverman LLP, where he focuses his practice on commercial law, financial law, real estate and construction. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
