JOHN M. CINTI is an attorney with the law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, where his main area of practice is civil litigation, focusing on personal injury defense and insurance coverage disputes. He was designated a certified civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2004. Mr. Cinti is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Defense Association and previously served as chairman of the automobile law subcommittee for that organization. He also continues to serve as an arbitrator in the Superior Courts of Mercer and Burlington counties. Mr. Goldberg is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Dickinson College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University in Camden. MARTIN S. PAPPATERRA is a partner at Pellettieri, Rabstein and Altman, where his main areas of practice are personal injury, civil litigation and products liability. Mr. Pappaterra is a frequent lecturer on a variety of litigation topics. He is a certified civil trial attorney for the Supreme Court of New Jersey (Board on Trial Attorney Certification). Mr. Pappaterra is a member of the Burlington County and Mercer County bar associations, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey and the Mercer County Inn of Court. He also is former member of the District III-B Ethics Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. CHARLES E. WOOLSON JR. is an attorney in Hammonton, New Jersey, where his main areas of practice include personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, municipal court, wills and estates, real estate, municipal representation, zoning and planning, subrogation, and commercial transactions. He is the author of "Subrogation - The Status of Personal Injury Protection Under N.J.S.A. 39:6A-9.1," New Jersey Defense Association Newsletter, February 1990; as well as "Insurance Fraud Seminar," New Jersey Defense Association Newsletter, June 1993. Mr. Woolson is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is certified as an automobile defense arbitrator - Atlantic/Cape May Counties, is a trustee for the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and currently serves as a public defender for Folsom Municipal Court. Mr. Woolson is a member of the Atlantic County and New Jersey State bar associations, and the Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Delaware Law School of Widener University.
