MARGARET J. CASCINO is a partner with Tompkins McGuire Wachenfeld & Barry LLP. Her main areas of practice are real estate related litigation, including foreclosures and title litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. KEITH E. LYNOTT is an environmental partner in the Real Estate/Construction/ Environmental Practice Group for the firm McCarter & English, LLP. He concentrates his practice in environmental law. In addition to representing clients in connection with environmental litigation and regulatory matters, he has represented major corporations and financial institutions in business transactions involving audits, due diligence, preparation and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements, and compliance with federal and state environmental laws and regulations as they relate to transactions, including the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). Mr. Lynott has extensive experience in counseling clients with respect to permitting and regulatory compliance and is an experienced negotiator with Federal and State environmental regulators. Mr. Lynott has lectured and written on environmental law topics. He has spoken for Law Seminars International, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), National Business Institute, the New Jersey State Bar Association (Environmental Section) and the National Law Foundation. BRUCE E. MANTELL is a shareholder in the law firm of Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, P.C. in Murray Hill, New Jersey. The firm limits its practice to tax and business planning, estate planning, estate administration and trust and estate litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy matters, ERISA and serving as expert and expert witness in tax and trust and estate related litigation.
