MARTIN H. ABO is a managing member of Abo and Company, LLC with offices in Voorhees, New Jersey and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Mr. Abo also is a certified public accountant, and litigation and forensic consultant with the firm. He has comprehensive experience in individual and corporate financial, business and tax planning. Mr. Abo's previous experience includes several years with the tax department and audit staff of a Big Four CPA firm, as well as regional firms before he founded the present enterprise. He had previously served as a director of a local bank and 14 times has been one of 150 participants selected by the S.E.C. and CPAs, lawyers, bankers, venture capitalists and economic development experts from across the nation for its annual conference on issues relating to small business capital formation. Mr. Abo was elected to serve as a New Jersey delegate to the White House Conference on small business under two U.S. Presidents. The small business administration had names him "Accountant of the Year". As a graduate of Syracuse University, Mr. Abo is an active member and has chaired for several years the Litigation Services Committee of the New Jersey Society of CPA's and its Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting Interest Group. He holds the professional designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and has been awarded the designation of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Abo served as president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey; served as director of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey; serves on the Matrimonial Accounting Interest Group of the NJSCPA; and served as a special advisor to the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers. PAUL N. AMBROSE JR. is a partner with the law firm of Schiffman, Abraham, Kaufman & Ritter, P.C. Mr. Ambrose practices in the areas of taxation; trusts and estates; estate administration; probate and fiduciary litigation; elder law; Internal Revenue Service disputes (both civil and criminal); commercial litigation; industrial, commercial and residential real estate; and corporate law. He is a frequent lecturer to civil organizations consisting of professionals, accountants and insurance agents. Mr. Ambrose is a member of the New Jersey State, New York State, American and Bergen County (member, Corporate, Real Estate, Probate and Tax sections) bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University; his M.B.A. degree from Rutgers University; and his LL.M degree from New York University. JAMES P. KING is a partner at Tobin & Collins, C.P.A., P.A., a public accounting firm located in Hackensack, New Jersey. Tobin & Collins, C.P.A., P.A. has provided accounting, tax and business support services to clients in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area for more than 45 years. Mr. King earned his B.B.A. degree from Pace University and his Masters of Science degree from Seton Hall University in May of 2002. He is a member of the NJSCPA, NYSSCPA, New Jersey Tax Interest Group, and the Tax Section of the AICPA. Mr. King has significant experience in a range of industries including, real estate, professional and financial services and retail. Throughout his accounting career, he has lectured on recent tax and accounting developments, current and proposed tax legislation and year-end tax strategies and has authored various tax articles for publication. HUBERT KLEIN is a partner in the litigation and valuation group in the Hackensack office of Amper, Politziner & Mattia, LLP. He specializes in providing litigation support, forensic accounting and business valuation services. Mr. Klein also has experience in providing traditional accounting services such as financial statement and tax return preparation, financial analysis, and consulting services for closely held businesses. In addition to being a certified public accountant, he earned his Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Klein also received his credentials as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). With more than 20 years of experience, he is frequently called upon as a technical resource in various litigation actions. Mr. Klein has consulted and provided services in matters including complex business valuations, due diligence analysis, fraud investigations, matrimonial proceedings, damage assessments, lost profit calculations, shareholder disputes, insurance claims analysis, succession planning, and estate and gift planning. In addition, he has served as an agreed upon neutral expert and as an expert witness appointed by judges in the above types of matters and to issue reports for the courts on these cases. Mr. Klein also has been appointed by various courts to serve as a receiver and court's independent forensic auditor in various civil litigation matters. He is a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA, NACVA, ACFE and Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). MICHAEL A. LINDER is a senior accounting manager at Tobin & Collins, C.P.A., P.A., where he is the director of the financial reporting department. Mr. Linder is a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA and the NJSCPA Accounting & Auditing Standards Interest Group. He has vast auditing experience in various industries including investment and real estate companies, and has helped design and implement internal control procedures in a variety of entities. In addition to financial reporting, Mr. Linder prepares business valuations and provides litigation support services through Beacon Valuation Advisors, L.L.C., an entity affiliated with Tobin & Collins, C.P.A., P.A. He earned his accounting degree from Rider University.
