BARBER is a New Hampshire Circuit Court Marital Master assigned to the 3rd Circuit Carroll County Family Division in Conway. HON. ROBERT J. FOLEY is a New Hampshire Circuit Court Marital Master assigned to the 7th Circuit Rochester Family Division in Dover. MODERATOR - WILLIAM E. BRENNAN is a partner in the Manchester law firm of Brennan, Caron, Lenehan & Iacopino. He has devoted his practice primarily to civil litigation, white collar crime and family law since 1972.
