BARBER is a New Hampshire Circuit Court Marital Master assigned to the 3rd Circuit Carroll County Family Division in Conway. HON. ROBERT J. FOLEY is a New Hampshire Circuit Court Marital Master assigned to the 7th Circuit Rochester Family Division in Dover. MODERATOR - WILLIAM E.
