MAE C. BRADSHAW is the owner of Mae C. Bradshaw, PC, where her practice areas include estate planning, probate, real estate, and family law. Ms. Bradshaw earned her A.B. degree, with honors, from Connecticut College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University. She is a member of the Rockingham County (former president), Massachusetts, Maine State and New Hampshire bar associations, and The Florida Bar. FRED J. FORMAN is a founding shareholder and director of the law firm of Forman, Corcoran & Associates, P.A., with offices in Londonderry and Portsmouth, New Hampshire; and York, Maine. He has been a frequent lecturer to members of the bar on a variety of topics related to sophisticated estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning and wealth transfer techniques. Mr. Forman has been a featured speaker at seminars for accountants in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including those offered by the CPE Institute and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has testified as an expert witness on trust law. Mr. Forman has been a regular panelist on the Bloomberg Financial Network's radio show, Money Matters, as well as a regular co-host on the radio shows Senior Matters and It's Your Money. He also has been a featured estate planning attorney on the public television series New Hampshire Outlook. Mr. Forman earned his B.A. degree from Merrimack College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine State bar associations, and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. NELSON A. RAUST is a partner in the Concord law firm of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP, where he concentrates much of his practice on elder law and disability issues, assisting seniors and their families with issues relating to Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, guardianships, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He also prepares special needs trusts for families with adult or minor children with special needs. Mr. Raust is a frequent speaker on estate planning, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts and probate issues. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester, his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Raust is a member of New Hampshire (chair, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section ) and Manchester bar associations, and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also is a founding member and incorporator of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
