DANIEL D. MULLER JR. is an attorney in the Manchester law firm of Cronin & Bisson, P.C., where he maintains a diverse civil practice including civil litigation, real estate law, land use, condominium development and management and labor law. Mr. Muller joined the firm in 2007, after practicing in the City of Manchester Solicitor's Office for more than ten years. While at the Solicitor's Office, he counseled the city's land use planning boards and assisted in labor relations and litigating contract disputes. Mr. Muller earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. degree from Tulane University. He is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Manchester Bar Association. MARIE N. SAPIENZA is an attorney with the Law Office of Marie N. Sapienza, Esq. She is a May 2005 graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center and is admitted to practice law in both New Hampshire and Florida. Since 2003, she has conducted hundreds of commercial and residential real estate transactions for law offices and title companies. Her general practice law office opened in November 2006 and serves the areas of real estate, family law, wills and trusts, consumer law, business contracts, civil disputes and personal injury. She has also served on the Legislative and Ethics Committee of the New Hampshire Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association and is currently in her fourth term in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. PHILLIP J. STILES is a member of TitlePro, LLC, located in Alton, New Hampshire, where he focuses on real estate matters. TitlePro, LLC is a title company providing statewide title and settlement services in New Hampshire and Maine. Mr. Stiles earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He is a former chair and a member of the NHBA's Real Property Law Section and the Title Standards Review Committee. Mr. Stiles has formerly been certified as an instructor at the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. He has also been an instructor in the paralegal program at the University of New Hampshire.
