HENRY H. AMSDEN is sole proprietor of the land surveying and boundary consulting firm of H.H. Amsden & Sons in Concord. He is a member of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association (former member, Ethics and Standards Committee and elected fellow by the association). Mr. Amsden earned his B.A. degree from Barrington College. He has been a mathematics instructor at Franklin Pierce College and Wilton High School, a mathematics and history instructor at Canaan College and Nathaniel Hawthorne College, and a mathematics and economics instructor at New Hampshire College. Mr. Amsden has served as an expert witness on several litigated boundary disputes. He has published and lectured professionally on many boundary related topics and practice areas.

GARY H. BERNIER presently serves as vice president in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine claims counsel and underwriting counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. During his legal career, he has advised municipalities and private individuals in a wide range of legal matters, including planning, zoning, code enforcement, real estate law and streets and highways. Mr. Bernier also has extensive trial and appellate experience representing municipalities and developers. He was a staff attorney with the New Hampshire Municipal Association. Mr. Bernier was president and founding shareholder of the Forman & Bernier law firm in Londonderry. He earned his B.A. degree from Saint Anselm College, his M.S. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

GREGORY E. MICHAEL is of counsel to the Manchester law firm of Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, P.A., where his areas of practice are real estate, municipal law and land use. He has spoken previously on topics related to his areas of practice including presentations for the New Hampshire Municipal Law Lecture Series and the New Hampshire Bar Association. Mr. Michael earned his B.S. degree from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bar associations, and the New Hampshire District and Municipal Court Judge's Association.

CAROL E. WILLOUGHBY is of counsel with Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, P.A., where she is a member of the firm's real estate and litigation practice groups. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions, real estate title matters, and litigating real estate and title insurance matters. A significant part of Ms. Willoughby's practice is focused on advising clients involved in commercial real estate transactions, including condominium formation, commercial real estate financing, and transfers of commercial real estate transactions, and advising clients regarding defects in land titles and coverage provisions in title insurance policies, title insurance coverage disputes, defense of title insurance policy holders and carriers in coverage disputes and the establishment of rights in land titles on behalf of land owners and creditors. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Real Estate Section and Title Standards Committee), Massachusetts Bar Association and New Hampshire Title Association. Ms. Willoughby earned her B.A. degree from Rivier College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University - Lesar School of Law.
