RALPH F. HOLMES is an attorney with the firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, where he handles medical malpractice, probate and commercial litigation. He has written numerous articles for the professional legal press on issues of trial practice. Mr. Holmes earned his B.A. degree from Lafayette College and his J.D. degree from Boston College. He is a member of the New Hampshire and the American bar associations, and The American Association for Justice. Mr. Holmes has served as legal counsel to the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and president of the New Hampshire Association for Justice. MEGAN C. NEAL is an associate at McDonald & Kanyuk, P.L.L.C. in Concord, New Hampshire, concentrating her practice in the area of trusts and estates law for middle to high net worth individuals. She also has experience in general corporate representation matters. Ms. Neal earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Skidmore College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. She was admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bar associations in 2005, and in 2008, she was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar Association. While practicing law, Ms. Neal is currently working towards an LL.M. at Boston University School of Law. She is a member of both the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council and the Boston Estate Planning Council. PAMELA J. NEWKIRK is a partner in the law firm of Barradale, O'Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer, P.A., where she practices in the areas of probate litigation and administration. She earned her B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Newkirk is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
