JILL L. DAVIDSON is a Nurse Legal Consultant for Nixon, Raiche, Vogelman, Barry & Slawsky, P.A. law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire. Ms. Davidson earned her B.A. degree from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, and her nursing diploma from Lutheran Medical Center School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a certified emergency nurse and instructs a multiple trauma component for critical care course and a telemetry and cardiovascular component for telemetry course. Ms. Davidson has had a variety of nursing administration positions and currently is a per diem nursing supervisor at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital. DENNIS T. DUCHARME is a shareholder in the Manchester law firm of Wiggin & Nourie, P.A., where he practices in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, civil rights, products liability and plaintiff personal injury. He has spoken for various business and professional groups and has written several publications. Mr. Ducharme also has served as an adjunct faculty member at Franklin Pierce Law Center. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from North Adams State College and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University. Mr. Ducharme is a member of the New Hampshire and the American bar associations, the Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Defense Counsel. CHRISTINE FRIEDMAN is a partner of the Concord law firm of Mallory & Friedman, P.L.L.C., where she practices in the areas of insurance defense and plaintiff's personal injury litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Maine and her J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Ms. Friedman has spoken numerous times on her areas of expertise to both claims professionals and attorneys. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Alternative Dispute Resolution Section). CAROL L. HESS is a sole practitioner in Bow, New Hampshire, where she has extensive experience in personal injury defense. Her practice is currently focused on mediation and arbitration. She has tried numerous cases and has extensive practice in state and federal courts. Ms. Hess has lectured on litigation and trial tactics before legal and insurance professionals. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Ms. Hess is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. MICHAEL R. MORTIMER is a partner at the law firm of Wadleigh Starr & Peters PLLC, where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, insurance defense litigation, insurance law and civil litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Williams College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University. Mr. Mortimer is a member of the New Hampshire (member, Workers' Compensation Law Section) and Massachusetts bar associations.
