RICHARD McPARTLIN is an associate attorney in the law firm of Ford & Weaver, P.A. He practices in bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law, and commercial litigation. Mr. McPartlin's prior experience includes commercial banking as a loan office for 13 years. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bar associations. STEVEN H. SLOVENSKI is an attorney with the law firm of Mesmer & Deleault with offices in Manchester and Portsmouth, where he focuses on business law matters, including collections. Prior to his current position, he was legal counsel to a state agency and a New Hampshire corporation where his areas of practice included business, real estate and collections. He earned his B.A. degree from Hobart College and his J.D. degree from University of New Hampshire Law School. Mr. Slovenski teaches paralegal courses at the college level and is the former chair of the Paralegal Advisory Board at New Hampshire Community College. He has written articles and has spoken to various professional groups on topics relating to his areas of practice. Mr. Slovenski is a member of the American, New Hampshire (past chair, sections on: Corporation, Banking and Business; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law), Maine State and Federal bar associations. He is also a New Hampshire court mediator. CHRISTOPHER J. SOMMA is an attorney with the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP. Mr. Somma concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law, commercial law and tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. He earned his B.A. degree from Bates College and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Somma is licensed to practice before the state courts of New Hampshire; the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire; the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire; the First Circuit Court of Appeals; as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He has significant experience representing debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 Trustees in the Bankruptcy Court. He also has an extensive state court practice that has allowed him to appear in every district and superior court in the State of New Hampshire, as well as the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Mr. Somma is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Charles C. Doe Inns of Court, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association's Ethics Committee. GEORGE H. THOMPSON JR. is an associate attorney at Welts, White & Fountaine, P.C., where he practices general litigation and specializes in collection, foreclosure, replevins, creditor bankruptcy representation, landlord/tenant, mechanic's liens, construction litigation, subrogating claims, commercial litigation, and probate litigation throughout the state of New Hampshire. Mr. Thompson is a court appointed mediator for district court, small claims and civil writs, Superior Court Rule 170, foreclosure and the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture. He earned his B.A. degree from this University of New Hampshire; his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School; and his LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Thompson is a member of the New Hampshire and Nashua bar associations, as well as the New Hampshire Association for Justice. He is also a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. Mr. Thompson serves on the New Hampshire Supreme Court Professional Conduct Hearings Committee.
