PHILIP A. BROUILLARD, with the Laconia law firm of Brouillard & Brouillard P.L.L.C., has a general practice of law. He is admitted to the United States District Court, Bankruptcy Court and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Brouillard has extensive experience in permitting and development of various housing and commercial projects. WILLIAM M. GILLEN concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law. He earned his B.A. degree from Western Connecticut State University and his M.S. degree in public administration from Southern Connecticut State University. He earned his law degree from the New England School of Law. Mr. Gillen is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked in the private sector for several years and gained extensive experience in finance and insurance. DANIEL P. LUKER graduated from Hamilton College in 1977 and from Cornell Law School in 1986, and has been practicing law in New Hampshire since 1986. He was a partner at Sulloway & Hollis, then moved to PretiFlaherty's Concord office in 2002 as a director. He is admitted in New Hampshire and Vermont, and practices in the areas of business law, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, environmental law, and commercial and real estate related litigation, including zoning and other land use matters. He is listed in Woodward/White's Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Luker is a member of the Corporate and Banking, Environmental Law, Government and Municipal Law, and Real Property sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association, and has lectured on civil enforcement, lien and bankruptcy issues on CLE panels sponsored by the New Hampshire Bar Association and National Business Institute. He is a graduate of both the Leadership New Hampshire and the Leadership Concord programs, currently serves as a director of Main Street Concord, Inc., and has previously served as a director of Groundwork Concord and the Concord Business Group. MICHAEL J. SCOTT is director of the law office of Scott & Scott P.A., a general practice law firm. Mr. Scott earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University School of Law. He is a member of the State and Federal Bar of New Hampshire. MICHAEL C. SHKLAR is a managing partner with the firm of Elliott, Jasper, Auten, Shklar & Wellman-Ally, LLP, in Newport, New Hampshire, where he has practiced law since 1985 after graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He practices in a number of areas including bankruptcy law for creditors and debtors, real estate law, criminal and juvenile law and handles collection work for commercial clients. He is also certified as a guardian ad litem and is a child welfare law specialist and town solicitor for the town of Lempster, New Hampshire, where he resided. Mr. Shklar is an agent for CATIC and has appeared before the Supreme Court and the Attorney Discipline Office/PCC on behalf of other attorneys.
