DAVID I. BAILINSON is a partner at the Manchester law firm of Bailinson & O'Leary, P.C., where he practices in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation and family law. He is a past instructor in family law in the paralegal studies program at Franklin Pierce College. Mr. Bailinson has lectured for the New Hampshire Association Criminal Defense Lawyers at continuing legal education seminars for New Hampshire Bar Association Family Law CLEs, and has previously lectured for National Business Institute. He received his B.A. degree from Marist College and J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Mr. Bailinson is a past president of the Manchester Bar Association and is on their Executive Committee. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice and New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. MICHAEL J. FONTAINE is a director and shareholder of Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. He practices general litigation and focuses on divorce and family law, worker's compensation, personal injury, commercial law, collections, and construction law. Mr. Fontaine earned Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Art degrees from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of St. Louis Law School, St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Fontaine is a member and co-clerk of the New Hampshire (Divorce and Family Law Section) and Massachusetts bar associations, a member of the Worker's Compensation Section and the American Bar Association. He has also been a past member of the Commercial Law League of America. Additionally, Mr. Fontaine is admitted to practice in the Federal District courts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys and paralegals, and at the New Hampshire Hospital Association, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Fontaine has served as a member of the Paralegal Advisory Board at Rivier College, and as the chairperson of the Commercial Law Committee of the General Practice Section of the American Bar Association. JON N. STRASBURGER is a litigation attorney with the law firm of Hage Hodes, P.A., a general practice firm in Manchester, New Hampshire. Mr. Strasburger's practice is focused primarily on family law litigation including divorce, parenting and post-divorce matters. He has substantial experience handling both mediated and litigated divorce and parenting cases in Superior Court and Family Division courts. In addition to his domestic relations practice, he also represents business owners and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation throughout the state of New Hampshire. Mr. Strasburger is a member of the New Hampshire Bar's Family Law Section and he is an active member of the New Lawyer's Committee. He was a recent speaker at the New Hampshire Bar Association mid-year meeting on the effects of social media in litigation. Mr. Strasburger earned his B.S. degree from Southern New Hampshire University and his J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
