NANCY A. DeANGELIS is the founder of Legal Resource Strategies, PLLC, a practice in which she drafts appellate briefs and performs other legal research and writing projects for fellow attorneys. Ms. DeAngelis has been an attorney since 1995, and her professional experience has included trial work both as a public defender and in private practice. She earned her bachelor's degree, with distinction, from Cornell University, and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

STEVEN E. GRILL is an officer and shareholder of the law firm of Devine Millimet & Branch, Professional Association in Manchester, where he practices business litigation, with emphases on intellectual property, technology and telecommunication matters. He has lectured extensively for business and professional groups on various legal issues. Mr. Grill earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and his J.D. degree from Cornell University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New Hampshire (member, Trial Law Section; Business Litigation Section; and Federal Practice Section) Bar Association.

MARY SEARLES is the director of The John W. King New Hampshire Law Library, the state's only public law library. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire and her master's degree from Simmons' Graduate School of Library and Information Science. Ms. Searles has worked as a librarian at the New Hampshire Historical Society's Tuck Library in Concord, New Hampshire and the Mary Baker Eddy Library in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to becoming a librarian, she was coordinator of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Lawyer Referral, Reduced Fee, and DOVE programs as well as the bar's public information pamphlets and Pro Se Divorce Book.
