KEVIN C. KENNEDY is a certified public accountant with Maloney & Kennedy, PLLC in Epsom, New Hampshire. He is a certified public accountant in the state of New Hampshire and a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Kennedy is a justice of the peace and quorum for the state of New Hampshire. He earned his B.A. degree from New Hampshire College in Manchester, New Hampshire. JOHN P. MURPHY is president of Atlantic Management Company, Inc., and coordinates the firm's valuation, merger and acquisition, ESOP, and corporate finance activities. Mr. Murphy conducts valuations of privately held companies and professional practices for a broad range of purposes. He represents buyers and sellers of middle market companies, and has negotiated and structured complex recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and corporate acquisitions. Mr. Murphy is also instrumental in implementing Employee Stock Ownership Plans, the placement of senior and subordinated debt, and orchestrating family business transfers. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Institute of Business Appraiser (IBA), ESOP Association, and National Center for Employee Ownership, and has been awarded the accredited senior appraiser and master certified business appraiser designations. Mr. Murphy is a member of ASA's Board of Examiners and the ESOP Association's Valuation Committee, is past chairman of the ASA's Business Valuation Committee for its Boston Chapter, and is ASA's past state director for New Hampshire. Before joining Atlantic Management Company in 1989, Mr. Murphy was affiliated with McLaughlin Research Corporation. Prior to that, he was a military intelligence analyst with the United States Air Force Electronic Security Command and served in the United States, Japan and Greece. He received a B.S.B.M. from the University of Maryland. ROBERT SCHWARTZ is of counsel to the law firm of Rich May, A Professional Corporation, where he concentrates on financial and commercial transactions, securities, and technology licensing. WIth a strong background in technology companies, Mr. Schwartz represents small to medium-sized businesses from start up to eventual sale, providing advice on formation, financing, commercial agreements, intellectual property licensing and protection, corporate governance, dispute management, employment matters, stock plan administration, acquisitions, and exit strategies. He also has deep experience advising public companies in federal and state securitites regulations, stock exchange requirements, financial controls and investor communictions. Mr. Schwartz has served as the general counsel of several public and venure-backed software companies. He is a graduate of Amherst College where he earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude. Mr. Schwartz earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. SARI ANN STRASBURG is the owner of the law firm Strasburg Law P.L.L.C. in Bedford, NH, where she practices in the areas of business and operations, contracts, US and international taxation, and intellectual property. Ms. Strasburg has extensive professional success with US and international manufacturing, technology, distribution, and service companies. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and she is a certified public accountant in New Hampshire and Illinois. Ms. Strasburg received her B.S. degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Boston University. In 2009, she was selected as one of 21 top women lawyers from across the country for the DirectWomen Board Institute, designed to identify and promote qualified women lawyers to serve on corporate boards of public companies. She received the 2007 Business Excellence Award for Excellence in Law. Ms Strasburg has lectured for and participated in state and national professional and educational organizations. She is a member of the American, Massachusetts and New Hampshire bar associations; the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants; and the AICPA. Ms. Strasburg is past chair of the Tax Law Section and of the Tax Committee for the International Law Section of New Hampshire Bar Association. She has lectured for and participated in professional and educational organizations, including the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals, National Business Institute, Sterling Education, the International Trademark Association, the Licensing Executives Society, and the New Hampshire Business & Industry Association. Since 1986, Ms. Strasburg has served on the boards of several charitable organizations in New Hampshire. She was chair of the Women's Business Center for two years. In addition, Ms. Strasburg has served on the boards of the New Hampshire Symphony Orchestra, American Lung Association (including treasurer), American Cancer Society and the New Hampshire Business Committee for the Arts.
