FRED J. FORMAN is a founding shareholder and director of the law firm of Forman Corcoran Clark & Associates PA, with offices in Londonderry and Portsmouth, New Hampshire; and York, Biddeford and Portland, Maine. He has been a frequent lecturer to members of the bar on a variety of topics related to sophisticated estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning and wealth transfer techniques. Mr. Forman has been a featured speaker at seminars for accountants in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including those offered by the CPE Institute and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has testified as an expert witness on trust law. Mr. Forman has been a regular panelist on the Bloomberg Financial Network's radio show, Money Matters, as well as a regular co-host on the radio shows, Senior Matters and It's Your Money. He also has been a featured estate planning attorney on the public television series New Hampshire Outlook. Mr. Forman earned his B.A. degree from Merrimack College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude , from Western New England College School of Law. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine State bar associations, and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. MICHAEL P. PANEBIANCO is Vice President and Trust Officer at Cambridge Trust Company of New Hampshire. He earned his B.A. degree from LeMoyne College, his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law, and his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is currently the secretary of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council; a member of the New Hampshire and American bar associations; and co-chair of the Community Bridges Family Support Council, an organization that supports families with children who have a disability. Mr. Panebianco also served as an adjunct professor of wills, trusts and estates at the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly, Franklin Pierce Law Center) in Concord, New Hampshire. He is also a member of the Bar in New Hampshire, Florida, and New York.
