JUDITH BOMSTER is a partner with Butenhof & Bomster, PC, where she practices in the areas of trusts and estate planning, special needs trusts and elder law. Prior to joining the New Hampshire Bar Association in 2004, she practiced in Rhode Island with Adler, Pollock & Sheehan, P.C., where she focused on counseling clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and public company disclosures. Ms. Bomster's experience in managing business transactions enhances her ability to identify clients' short and long-term goals, and anticipate the benefits and consequences of various estate planning designs. The complexity of her estate planning practice is well served by her strong commitment to professional ethics and her unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality representation to the firm's clients. Ms. Bomster is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the New Hampshire Chapter of NAELA (former Chapter Secretary), and is an affiliate member of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA, a national, invitation-only network of lawyers dedicated to Disability and Public Benefits Law). Ms. Bomster also is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Ethics Committee, the New Hampshire Bar Association's Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She earned her B.A. degree from Rhode Island College and her J. D. degree, magna cum laude, from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire (n/k/a Pierce Law). While at Pierce Law, Ms. Bomster interned as a clerk with the New Hampshire Supreme Court and worked as a student attorney with the New Hampshire Appellate Defender's Office. ANN N. BUTENHOF practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and special needs trusts. Prior to entering private practice, she was the directing attorney of the Senior Citizens Law Project of New Hampshire Legal Assistance, a statewide nonprofit law firm. Ms. Butenhof is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section (chair, 2004 - 2005), the Special Needs Alliance (a national, invitation-only network of lawyers dedicated to Disability and Public Benefits Law), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She chaired the formation committee of the New Hampshire Chapter of NAELA, served as its first president and currently serves on its board. Ms. Butenhof earned her B.A. degree from Lake Forest College, and both her J.D., magna cum laude, and social work M.S.S.A. degrees from Case Western Reserve University. She earned the Certified Elder Law Attorney "C.E.L.A." distinction from the National Elder Law Foundation in March 2005. DAVID R. CRAIG maintains a solo trusts and estates law practice, with formal board certification in elder law. His practice is exclusively limited to the areas of estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, public benefits law, special needs disability planning and general elder law issues. Mr. Craig is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and the Federal District Court. He is a member of the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Elder Law Foundation, the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and most recently, a founding member and past president of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. DENIS DILLON is a director of the law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., where he practices in the areas of estate and business planning, probate and trust administration, and taxation. He has lectured to various professional groups on estate planning and taxation issues. Mr. Dillon earned his B.A. degree from Assumption College, his M.B.A. degree from Nichols College, his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts and the New Hampshire bar associations, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Hampshire Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. JOHN E. LABOE is the managing member of the law firm of Laboe Associates PLLC, where his practice has focused upon representing closely-held businesses and families with their business and personal planning. Over the past three decades, Mr. Laboe has coupled this transactional work with courtroom representation of clients in his topical areas of expertise. His litigation experience has included trying cases (jury and bench trials), making extensive use of business and financial records of the litigating parties. Mr. Laboe is a member of the New Hampshire (member, Real Property Section, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section and Taxation Section) and the American (member, Section of Litigation, Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, Section of Corporation, Banking and Business Law) bar associations, and is a founding member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys - New Hampshire Chapter (NAELA). He is the former chairman of the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is currently a lobbyist before the New Hampshire Legislature for NAELA. Mr. Laboe earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. NELSON A. RAUST is a partner in the Concord law firm of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP, where he concentrates much of his practice on elder law and disability issues, assisting seniors and their families with issues relating to Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, guardianships, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He also prepares special needs trusts for families with adult or minor children with special needs. Mr. Raust is a frequent speaker on estate planning, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts and probate issues. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester, his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Raust is a member of New Hampshire (Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section) and Manchester bar associations, and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also is a founding member and incorporator of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). LISABRITT SOLSKY is an attorney and administrator at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. She serves as Deputy Medicaid Director and oversees the Office of Medicaid Business and Policy's Research & Planning Unit, Data Management & Reporting Unit, Policy & State Plan Unit, Client Services Unit and the State Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Ms. Solsky previously served as counsel to the Division of Family Assistance and the Office of Reimbursements and as the administrator of the Department's Administrative Rules Unit and Estate Recovery Unit. Prior to joining the Department in 2000, she worked for Merrimack Valley Legal Services in Massachusetts. Ms. Solsky graduated from the District of Columbia School of Law and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a 2008 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire and selected for the Union Leader's Forty Under Forty designation in 2010.
