MARK E. CONNELLY is a sole practitioner in Concord where he practices in the areas of community association law, collections, covenants enforcement litigation and condominium development and registration. He has been in private practice since 1989, representing over 250 community associations in the state of New Hampshire, working with management and boards of directors in community association operations. Mr. Connelly has experience as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire and at Franklin Pierce College and is a frequent speaker for various other organizations. DIAL JR is an attorney with Schreiber Law Firm LLC in Salem, New Hampshire where he specializes in bankruptcy law and collections. His responsibilities include litigation in state courts and bankruptcy courts including trials, motion practice and discovery. Mr. Dial's areas of practice include bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, foreclosures, collections, secured lending and defending Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims. He earned his B.A. degree from Columbia College and his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Dial is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York. STEVEN H. SLOVENSKI is in-house legal counsel to a state agency and a New Hampshire corporation where his areas of practice include business, real estate and collections. He earned his B.A. degree from Hobart College and his J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Mr. Slovenski teaches paralegal courses at the college level and is the former chair of the Paralegal Advisory Board at New Hampshire Technical College. He has written articles and has spoken for various professional groups on topics relating to his areas of practice. Mr. Slovenski is a member of the American, New Hampshire (past chair, sections on: Corporation, Banking and Business; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law), Maine State and Federal bar associations. He is a New Hampshire Court Mediator. CHRISTOPHER SOMMA is an attorney with the law firm of Ford & Weaver, P.A. Mr. Somma concentrates his practice in creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, consumer bankruptcy, and property disputes. He earned his B.A. degree in religion and sociology from Bates College and his J.D. degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Somma is licensed to practice before the state courts of New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, as well as the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire. He has significant experience in consumer and commercial collections and has appeared in every district and superior court in the state of New Hampshire.
