WILLIAM J. AMANN is a member of Craig, Deachman & Amann PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, commercial litigation and real estate. He has regularly represented national and regional creditors in bankruptcy court and state courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Amann served as legal counsel to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the District of New Hampshire. Prior to practicing in New Hampshire, he worked in Boston, where his practice focused primarily on creditor's rights and complex business disputes. In addition, Mr. Amann has considerable experience in the areas of commercial turnarounds, debt restructuring, equitable subordination, debt re-characterization, asset sales, tax abatements, real estate conveyancing, land use, receiverships, premises liability, employment law, evictions and probate administration. He served on the Board of Directors for the City of Manchester's Public Library Literacy Fund. Mr. Amann is an annual editor for the New Hampshire Bar Association's Supreme Court At-a-Glance article series and regularly speaks before professional and trade groups on the topics of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and real estate. Prior to practicing law, he was employed by Fidelity Investments where he obtained his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and worked as a trade resolution specialist, and by Ford Motor Credit Company as an account executive and branch legal liaison. Mr. Amann received his B.A. degree from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire and his J.D. degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. EDWARD C. DIAL JR. is an attorney with Schreiber Law Firm LLC in Salem, New Hampshire, where he specializes in bankruptcy law and collections. His responsibilities include litigation in state courts and bankruptcy courts, including trials, motion practice and discovery. Mr. Dial's areas of practice include bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, foreclosures, collections, secured lending, and defending Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims. He earned his B.A. degree from Columbia College and his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Dial is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York. GREG MOFFETT is a director in the Concord offices of Preti Flaherty Beliveau & Pachios LLP, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation and creditors' rights. He regularly represents institutional creditors and individuals in the New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court and various state courts of New Hampshire. Mr. Moffett frequently counsels financial institutions and other corporate clients concerning debtor/creditor issues under state and federal law. He has lectured extensively on various topics, including commercial lending, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, collection, and loan workouts. Mr. Moffett earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He is a member of the American and New Hampshire bar associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. CHRISTOPHER J. SOMMA is an attorney with the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law, commercial law and tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Somma earned his B.A. degree from Bates College and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He is licensed to practice before the state courts of New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Supreme Court of the U.S. Mr. Somma has significant experience representing debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 Trustees in the Bankruptcy Court. He also has an extensive state court practice that has allowed him to appear in every district and superior court in the state of New Hampshire, as well as the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Mr. Somma is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Charles C. Doe Inns of Court, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Bar Association's Ethics Committee.
