KENNETH C. BARTHOLOMEW is a shareholder with the Concord firm of Rath, Young & Pignatelli, P.C., where his main areas of practice are employment law, healthcare law, medical malpractice defense and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Bartholomew earned his B.A. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (subcommittee on Health and Information Technology) and the American Bar Association (Health Law Section, Tort Trial and Insurance Policies Section and Business Litigation Section). ERIC G. FALKENHAM is a shareholder with Devine Millimet, where he represents self-insured employers and workers' compensation insurance carriers in all areas of employment law. He participates almost daily in workers' compensation hearings at the Department of Labor level, as well as the Appeals Board level. He has appeared before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on numerous occasions to argue workers' compensation cases. Mr. Falkenham handles the full range of workers' compensation cases involving issues from causation to extent of disability, and from medical bill reimbursement to vocational rehabilitation. He is experienced with cases involving a variety of injuries, including single trauma, repetitive motion injuries, stress claims, occupational exposure injuries and death claims. Mr. Falkenham earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Hobart College and his J.D. degree from George Washington University. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Legislative Committee, a past member of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Advisory Board, a past chair for the New Hampshire Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section and a chair for the New Hampshire Transportation Appeals Board. RALPH F. HOLMES is an attorney with the firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., where he handles medical malpractice, probate and commercial litigation. He has written numerous articles for the professional legal press on issues of trial practice. Mr. Holmes earned his B.A. degree from Lafayette College and his J.D. degree from Boston College. He is a member of the New Hampshire and the American bar associations and The American Association for Justice. He has served as legal counsel to the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and president of the New Hampshire Association for Justice. JOSHUA PANTESCO is a general practitioner at Orr & Reno, P.A. He has experience in state and federal courts, including the superior and district courts, the family division courts and bankruptcy court. Mr. Pantesco has represented numerous clients in successful mediations and arbitrations. His experience includes obtaining a defense verdict of no liability on behalf of a property owner in a premises liability jury trial; success recovering damages in a breach of contract action on behalf of a small business owner; success representing a national department store against a products liability claim; obtaining a landmark decision from the Rockingham County Superior Court along with James P. Bassett; and representing numerous individual divorce, guardianship, child support adjustment and parental responsibility proceedings. Mr. Pantesco is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association New Lawyer's Committee and the New Hampshire Bar Association Leadership Academy Task Force. He earned his B.A. degree from The College of Wooster and his J.D. degree from The University of Pittsburgh. MARK M. SCHEFFER M.D., works at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic Concord. He is the co-founder of Concord Ambulatory Surgery Center. Prior to his work with Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Dr. Scheffer worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and F.A.S.T. Team Commander for the U.S. Air Force Hospital, RAF Lakenhealth, United Kingdom. He also worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Team Physician for the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs. He earned his B.S. degree from Auburn University and his M.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Scheffer also completed the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Eastern Orthopaedic Society, New Hampshire Orthopaedic Society, New Hampshire Medical Society and Merrimack County Medical Society.
