TIMOTHY P. BEAUPRE is an attorney with the law firm of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., where his practice is primarily focused on representing employees in workers' compensation claims. He earned his B.A degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Beaupre is a member and current chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also is a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Mr. Beaupre is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. DR. RICHARD L. LEVY is a board certified neurologist practicing general neurology, with a subspecialty interest in multiple sclerosis and headaches. He has had a longstanding interest in forensic medicine as it pertains to neurology. Dr. Levy graduated from Dartmouth Medical School, completing one year of internal medicine residency and three years of neurology residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He then did a fellowship year, studying neuromuscular disease at the University of Rochester. Dr. Levy has been an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is an adjunct Assistant Professor of Neurology at Dartmouth Medical School. MICHAEL R. MORTIMER is a partner at the law firm of Wadleigh Starr & Peters PLLC, where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, insurance defense litigation, insurance law and civil litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Williams College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University. Mr. Mortimer is a member of the New Hampshire (member, Workers' Compensation Law Section) and Massachusetts bar associations. JAMES E. OWERS is a partner in the law firm of Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C., in Concord. He primarily represents employers and insurance carriers in the defense of fidelity, surety and probate bond claims, workers' compensation, and personal injury claims. Mr. Owers has been practicing law since 1979. He has written numerous articles on insurance matters and other topics. Mr. Owers served as a law clerk to the Alaska Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Alaska and Merrimack County bar associations, and serves on the City of Concord Conservation Commission. Mr. Owers earned his B.A. degree from Beloit College and his J.D. degree from Cornell University Law School.
