MARK ATTORRI is a partner in the law firm of Nelson, Kinder + Mosseau P.C., where he handles a broad range of litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Attorri spent six years as a homicide prosecutor for the state of New Hampshire. In addition to his trial work, he has extensive appellate experience, having briefed and argued more than fifty cases in the state and federal courts of appeal. Mr. Attorri has lectured on trial advocacy at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, the New Hampshire State Police Academy, and for National Business Institute. GARY M. BURT is a shareholder with the Manchester firm of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC, where his areas of practice include toxic tort litigation, product liability claims, commercial litigation, business litigation, defamation claims and personal injury claims. He is an experienced trial attorney who appears regularly in all New Hampshire Superior courts, as well as the federal court. Mr. Burt has tried to conclusion more than 170 jury trials and approximately 50 bench trials. He also frequently appears before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Mr. Burt's clients include businesses, insurance carriers and individuals throughout the state. In addition to his insurance and business law experience, he also occasionally represents individuals involved in domestic relations matters, applying his extensive trial experience in representing his client's interests both before and after settlement efforts have been exhausted. ROBERT S. CAREY is an experienced trial lawyer for the Concord , New Hampshire law firm of Orr & Reno, P.A. He has tried cases before juries in state and federal court, in civil and criminal matters. Mr. Carey focuses his practice on commercial litigation, personal injury claims, and white collar criminal defense. He is admitted to practice in the state courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, the Federal District Courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. ROBIN C. CURTISS is a partner in the law firm of Van Dorn and Curtiss, PLLC., in Orford, New Hampshire, where he concentrates his practice on plaintiff's personal injury claims. He has tried cases in three states and has had trial results featured in the New England Jury Verdict Review. Mr. Curtiss has lectured frequently to other lawyers in the area of trial practice, especially jury selection. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Vermont Bar Association. Mr. Curtiss is a past president of the Grafton County Bar Association and a former Governor of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. He obtained a national programming award as a member of the Sterry Waterman (Vermont) Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and in 2005 he received, along with his partner Edward M. Van Dorn Jr., Esq., the Special Recognition Award for their dedication to the Pursuit of Justice from the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Curtiss earned his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Vermont Law School. He also graduated from ATLA's Ultimate Advocacy Program and from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming.

NEIL NICHOLSON is a trial lawyer at the McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association. Prior to joining McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, he worked as a police detective in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Mr. Nicholson has tried criminal, civil and family cases to judge and jury in the New Hampshire Superior and Circuit Courts. Additionally, he has advocated for clients at various administrative hearings in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Currently, his practice focuses on personal injury law, professional licensure defense, criminal law and commercial litigation.
