Mr. Larson also has provided more than 75 educational seminars and presentations on various employment law and workers' compensation topics, including legal updates, case-law summaries, real life scenarios and experiences, and different strategies to use in the workplace to help reduce liability. He is a member of the American, Nebraska State, Omaha and Iowa State bar associations. In addition, Mr. Larson is a board member of the Nebraska Self-Insured Association, a Summit Planning Committee member, a member of the National Safety Council and a member of the Leadership Academy for Nebraska State Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from Creighton University School of Law. ROGER D. MOORE is a shareholder at the law firm of Rehm, Bennett & Moore, P.C., L.L.O. Mr. Moore's practice currently emphasizes workers' compensation, Social Security appeals and personal injury. He has argued cases in front of the Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals on multiple occasions. WIK, M.D., D.C., is CEO and founder of MYPAINDOC PC in Norfolk, Nebraska, where he specializes in pain management and interventional pain procedures. Dr. Wik received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Concordia College; his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University; and his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University School of Medicine, Bay Shore, New York. Dr. Wik did his internship at Southern Colorado Family Medicine, St. Mary/Corwin Regional Medical Center; and his residency at University of Wisconsin Medical Center, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine.
