HON. PETER C. BATAILLON is a District Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District in Douglas County Nebraska. HON. STEVEN D. BURNS is a District Court Judge in the 3rd Judicial District in Lancaster County Nebraska. HON. PATRICIA A. LAMBERTY is a retired District Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District in Douglas County Nebraska. HON. JOHN E. SAMSON is a District Court Judge in the 6th Judicial District in Washington County Nebraska. HON. GREGORY M. SCHATZ is a District Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District in Douglas County Nebraska. JOHN A. SVOBODA is a shareholder in the law firm of Gross & Welch P.C., L.L.O. in Omaha, Nebraska. He practices in the areas of insurance law, medical malpractice, personal injury, criminal law and product liability. Mr. Svoboda received his B.S.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Creighton University. He is a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association as well as the Nebraska State and Omaha bar associations. He is a member of the State Bar Association House of Delegates. Mr. Svoboda is also a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America.
