RICHARD T. McDOUGALL began his career with Cornerstone Bank, in January of 2002. Mr. McDougall has worked exclusively in the trust and investment business since 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Kearney, and of the University of Nebraska College of Law. Mr. McDougall is a member of the Nebraska State and American bar associations, and a member of their respective real estate and probate law sections. He is also a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute and has achieved the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers, a nonprofit organization sponsored by the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C. Mr. McDougall serves as a member of the Nebraska/Kansas Schools of Banking Advisory Trust Committee and is an instructor for the Nebraska/Kansas Schools of Banking Advance Trust School. He has also served as legal counsel to the Nebraska State Treasurer.

JEFFREY L. STOEHR is a sole practitioner in Omaha, Nebraska, where he has been practicing law since 1973. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax planning, corporate law and medical malpractice. Mr. Stoehr has spoken to insurance companies several times on wills and trusts issues, as well as professional groups on estate planning and probate law. He is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and American (member, sections on: Real Property, Probate and Trust Law) bar associations. Mr. Stoehr earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

GLEN D. WITTE is the president and managing attorney of the Law Office of Glen D. Witte, P.C. L.L.O. He earned his undergraduate degree from Chadron State College and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Nebraska School of Law. Mr. Witte regularly speaks on the subjects of estate planning, retirement planning, real estate transfers, and business entity planning. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and federal court. Mr. Witte is a member of the Nebraska State and Lincoln bar associations. He is active in the Havelock Business Association and the Lincoln Independent Business Association.
