GARY D. BYRNE is executive vice president of Title Services of the Plains, LLC, with offices located in North Platte, Sidney, McCook, Grand Island, Columbus, Norfolk, Seward and York. Mr. Byrne also is president of North Platte Title Co., Inc. He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and practices exclusively in the area of real estate. Mr. Byrne has spoken at numerous Nebraska Land Title Association continuing education seminars on title insurance and related activities. He earned his B.A. degree from Hastings College and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Mr. Byrne is a member of the Nebraska State and American bar associations. He also is a member of the Nebraska Board of Abstracters and past president of the Nebraska Land Title Association. DONALD J. PAVELKA JR. is a partner with Locher Pavelka Dostal Braddy & Hammes LLC. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska; the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Iowa; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. Mr. Pavelka earned his B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. degree from Creighton University. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Bank Attorneys, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, Iowa State Bar Association, Iowa Association of Commercial Law Attorneys and the Pottawattamie County Bar Association. ANDREW D. ROMATZKE is an attorney and licensed title insurance agent with Advantage Title Services in Grand Island, Nebraska. He is admitted to practice law in Nebraska and Arizona and practices primarily in the area of real estate. Prior to joining Advantage Title Services, Mr. Romatzke worked as a claims attorney for a national title insurance underwriter. He also practiced law in Kearney, Nebraska for more than 4 years. Mr. Romatzke earned his B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Arizona State Bar Association. GARY TINKHAM is owner of Tinkham Land Surveying for the past 16 years, and has been in land surveying for more than 40 years. He is licensed in the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and South Dakota. Mr. Tinkham is on the Board of Examiners of Land Surveyors in the state of Nebraska, is a member of the Professional Surveyors Association for the state of Nebraska and also is a member of the Society of Land Surveyors in Iowa.
