WILLIAM J. BIANCO is the principal of Bianco Stroh, LLC in Omaha. He has focused his practice in the areas of general business, bankruptcy and litigation law since 1990. Mr. Bianco is an adjunct professor at Creighton University, where he teaches business law and international business. He has spoken to business and professional groups on bankruptcy law and international business law. Mr. Bianco was a law clerk for the Hon. William C. Hastings, Nebraska Supreme Court. He received a presidential appointment to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1995. Mr. Bianco is the past president of the Sarpy County Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego. WAYNE B. HENRY is a partner in the Omaha office of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, where he serves as the chairman of the firm's Nonprofit Tax-Exempt Organizations practice group. Mr. Henry also serves as outside legal counsel for the American Optometric Association and other nonprofit tax-exempt organizations, including hospitals, colleges and universities. He was formerly a government trial attorney in the Chief Counsel's Office of the Internal Revenue Service, where he handled federal tax cases for the IRS. Mr. Henry currently chairs the Great Lakes Tax Exempt/Government Entities Council, a 10-state region with its primary focus on exempt organizations and employee plans. His experience encompasses tax-exempt organizations with respect to various organizational and operational issues dealing with business and tax planning. This includes governance matters, compliance programs, contractual matters, joint ventures and challenges to exempt status, together with federal audits and litigation. Mr. Henry earned his B.S. degree from University of Nebraska-Omaha and his J.D. degree from Creighton University. JOHN R. HOLDENRIED is a partner and chair of the Health Law practice group of Baird Holm LLP in Omaha. He is the program chair of the annual Tax Issues Program sponsored by the American Health Lawyers Association, and is the past vice-chair of its Tax and Finance practice group. Mr. Holdenried is a member of the IRS Council for Tax Exempt/Government Entities for the midwest region. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa. Mr. Holdenried earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan. Following law school, he clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Warren K. Urbom. PAUL J. PETER is a managing partner and treasurer of Keating, O'Gara, Nedved & Peter in Lincoln, Nebraska. His fields of special interest include corporate law, agricultural law, taxation, estate planning, and non-profit, tax-exempt and association compliance. Mr. Peter also has extensive experience in the areas of student loan law and federal compliance. He represents several clients in the area of information technology, including internet, extranet, and e-commerce, as well as representing a number of privately-held and nonprofit companies in Nebraska and throughout the midwest. Mr. Peter is a member of the American, Nebraska State, and Lincoln bar associations, and is a member of the U.S. Tax Court. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
