CAMILLE R. HAWK is a partner with the law firm of Walentine, O' Toole, McQuillan & Gordon. Her main areas of practice are real estate and lending law, mortgage law, creditor rights, banking law, foreclosure law and collections. Ms. Hawk has taught several seminars covering the areas of foreclosure law, collection law and creditor-debtor relations. She also has authored several articles relating to creditor rights. Ms. Hawk is a Leadership Omaha Class 30 graduate and a member of the Iowa and Nebraska State Bar associations (past chair, Bank Attorneys Section). She also is a fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. Ms. Hawk earned her B.A. degree from Creighton University and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. STACEY L. HINES is an attorney with Baird Holm LLP and member of the firm’s financial transactions section. Her main areas of practice are commercial financing and real estate transactions. Ms. Hines also represents clients as secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and commercial litigation. She also has experience assisting clients with commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, non-judicial repossessions, sale of personal property, construction liens and disputes, landlord/tenant matters and Uniform Commercial Codes issues. Ms. Hines is a member of the American, Iowa and Nebraska State bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Bellevue University and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from Nebraska College of Law where she graded on to the Allen Moot Court Board and served on the Executive Committee. BENJAMIN KLOCKE is a member of Baird Holm LLP's financial transactions section. He practices with the real estate and financial lending groups at the firm. His practices focuses primarily in commercial real estate and financing transactions including the acquisition and sale of real property, commercial leasing, and environmental review of real property. Mr. Klocke is a LEED Accredited Professional. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law where he served as note and comment editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. Mr. Klocke is admitted to practice in Iowa and Nebraska. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance, with distinction, from Iowa State University. THOMAS R. OSTDIEK is a partner in the law firm of Walentine, O'Toole, McQuillan & Gordon where he practices in the areas of real estate, construction, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, business and banking law. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Nebraska and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Ostdiek has lectured on commercial financing, loan documentation and loan default issues, bankruptcy from a creditors' perspective, foreclosure and eviction law. He earned his B.S. degree and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Creighton University. Mr. Ostdiek is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association (member, Real Estate Guidelines Committee, Business Law Section) and the United States Foreclosures Network and NACUA. TREV E. PETERSON is a partner at Knudsen Berkheimer Richardson & Endacott, LLP. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial and real estate lending, bankruptcy, foreclosure and commercial litigation practice areas. He has represented lenders in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Peterson is a member of the American, Nebraska State and Lincoln bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute; is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers; is a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America; and was named as a "Super Lawyer" of the Midwest in 2007. He is a past president of the Banking Law Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association and is a former president of the Bankruptcy Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Mr. Peterson attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for his undergraduate education and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is a frequent speaker at seminars involving lending, bankruptcy and foreclosure.
