MARCY K. HASCALL is an attorney with Koenig & Tiritilli P.C., L.L.O., where her primary areas of concentration are divorce and paternity. Ms. Hascall earned her B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Political Science and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska. Ms. Hascall is a member of the Nebraska Women's and the Omaha bar associations. KATHLEEN SHAW is a Senior Tax Manager for Patry, Fisher & Dudley, P.C., with extensive experience in tax planning and compliance. She works with many individuals and small business owners on financial reporting and tax issues. Ms. Shaw obtained her CPA certificate in January 1981 and currently maintains licenses in Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. In 1992, she purchased a small accounting firm from a retiring partner and practiced until 2007. After a short career as the tax manager at Nebraska Furniture Mart, she joined Patry, Fisher & Dudley, P.C. in November 2009. Ms. Shaw received her B.S. degree in accounting from Wichita State University, Kansas. She is a member of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accounts. ANGELA DUNNE TIRITILLI is an attorney at Koenig & Tiritilli P.C., L.L.O., where her primary areas of concentration are divorce and paternity. She has a particular interest in domestic violence and has a strong background of working with survivors of domestic violence. Ms. Tiritilli taught family law, legal research and writing, and law office administration in the paralegal studies program at the College of Saint Mary's. She co-wrote "Advocacy for Nebraska Children With Gay and Lesbian Parents: A Call for the Best Interests of the Child to be Paramount in the Case of Non-Biological, Non-Adoptive Parents," Creighton Law Review, December 2002. Ms. Tiritilli earned her B.A. degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. She is a member of the Nebraska State, American, Nebraska Women's and Omaha bar associations. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Nebraska State Bar Association Family Law Section. Ms. Tiritilli is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Nebraska and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
