GREG ABBOUD is a partner in the Abboud Law Firm, where his primary focus is on the litigation and settlement of plaintiff's injury cases. He has been practicing in the Omaha area for the past 25 years with extensive litigation experience having tried over one hundred cases to juries and numerous trials to the court. Prior to his law firm, Mr. Abboud was the deputy attorney, felony trial staff, in Douglas County with the primary focus on the trial and prosecution of felony cases. He earned his B.A. degree at Creighton University and his J.D. degree at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Mr. Abboud is a member of the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association, as well as the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. JEFFERSON DOWNING is a member at the law firm of Keating, O'Gara, Nedved & Peter, P.C., L.L.O., where his areas of practice include medical malpractice, serious personal injury and constitutional law. Mr. Downing is a member of the Lincoln Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the National Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Texas, Dallas and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
MATTHEW G. MILLER is a member in the firm Matthew G. Miller, P.C., L.L.O., where his areas of practice are devoted exclusively to personal injury. He actually began his career working with one of Omaha's oldest insurance defense law firms. The experience provided him with a unique understanding of insurance and their tactics, and he has since put this knowledge to use for the benefit of his clients throughout all aspects of personal injury law. In addition to his traditional attorney-client relationship, Mr. Miller is also frequently sought as a mediator between lawyers representing the injured plaintiff and those who represent insurance companies. He earned his B.A. degree from St. John's University and his J.D. degree from Creighton University. Mr. Miller is a member of the American and Omaha bar associations. He also is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.
