NANCY L. LOFTIS is a sole practitioner in Lincoln. Ms. Loftis has been an attorney for almost 30 years and maintains a general practice with a focus on real estate and bankruptcy. She has served as an instructor for the Larabee School of Real Estate since 1993. Ms. Loftis is a member of the Nebraska State and Lincoln bar associations. She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Nebraska. RICHARD C REIER is an attorney with the Knudsen Law Firm, where he practices in the areas of business and commerce, real estate, intellectual property, and estate planning. He earned his undergraduate degree; Master's degree; and J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska. He also served as editor-in-chief of the Nebraska Law Review. Mr. Reier is a member and past president of the Nebraska Association of Bank Attorneys.
