STEVEN P. CASE is an attorney with McGrath, North, Mullin & Kratz, P.C., and has been practicing environmental law for over 25 years. His practice covers all aspects of environmental law, including: business and real estate transactions--due diligence, contract negotiation and obtaining/transferring environmental permits; environmental auditing and compliance programs; defending environmental investigations and enforcement proceedings, and; sustainability programs. NICOLE O'KEEFE Nicole L. O'Keefe is a Deputy County Attorney for Sarpy County, Nebraska where she advises the County Board and Planning Commission on land use matters including commercial and residential subdivision development, zoning enforcement, conservation easements, and the drafting and interpretation of zoning and subdivision regulations. Ms. O'Keefe earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Texas, and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the State bar of Texas. WILLIAM E. SEIDLER JR. is a shareholder in the Omaha law firm of Seidler & Seidler, P.C. He is the City Attorney for the City of Springfield, Nebraska. Mr. Seidler is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Drake University and his J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. MICHAEL A. SMITH has been a Deputy County Attorney in Sarpy County, Nebraska for over 16 years. He is head of the Civil Division, supervising three other lawyers in advising and representing Sarpy County government in matters of legal compliance, real estate transactions, zoning, litigation, road improvements, economic development, labor law and property tax. Prior to joining the County Attorney 's office in 1993, Mr. Smith spent 7 years in private practice, with an emphasis on litigation.
