MICHAEL S. DEGAN is a partner at the law firm of Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP, in Omaha. Mr. Degan practices in the areas of business litigation, insurance litigation, products liability and toxic tort. He has represented insurance companies regarding coverage disputes, bad faith claims and insurance regulatory litigation, insureds in defense of professional liability, property damage and catastrophic personal injury claims and is currently representing the Nebraska Department of Insurance in the liquidation of a national insurance company. Mr. Degan earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Creighton University where he was the student articles editor in 1993-1994 for the Creighton Law Review. He also received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy in 1993. Mr. Degan's admissions include Nebraska, U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Nebraska Association of Defense Counsel, Nebraska Insurance Federation and the Nebraska State and Omaha bar associations. TERRY J. GRENNAN is an attorney with the law firm of Cassem Tierney Adams Gotch & Douglas where his practice areas include civil litigation with an emphasis in bankruptcy, insurance, commercial law, product liability, employment law, surety law, general litigation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Grennan is an author in his areas of expertise. He earned his undergraduate degree from Creighton University and his law degree from New York University School of Law. Mr. Grennan is a member of the Nebraska State, Omaha and American bar associations. THOMAS E. MORROW JR. is an attorney with the law firm of Wolfe, Snowden, Hurd, Luers & Ahl, LLP, where his practice includes representing insurance carriers and litigation of insurance coverage matters for both personal and commercial lines. Mr. Morrow has more than 20 years of experience in insurance coverage matters and defense issues from both private practice and in-house insurance carrier perspectives. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nebraska and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits. Mr. Morrow is a 1988 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association
