ELIZABETH STUHT BORCHERS is a partner in the firm of Marks Clare & Richards, where she focuses her practice on matrimonial and family law, mediation and collaborative family law, and trial and appellate practice. She is a fellow and certified mediator with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Borchers is admitted to practice in Nebraska, as well as the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska, U.S. Federal Court, U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Nebraska State and Omaha bar associations, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and the Nebraska Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Borchers earned her B.A. degree from Midland Lutheran College and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. JANE F. LANGAN is an attorney with Rembolt Ludtke LLP. She is a fellow with the American Bar Foundation and has been the Nebraska state chair since 2008. Ms. Langan has been named a Great Plains Super Lawyer every year since 2009. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Langan is a member of the Nebraska State (chair, Budget & Planning Committee), Lincoln, and American (member, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice section; editorial board for The Brief) bar associations; the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys; the American Association for Justice; and the Inns of Court. She is an adjunct professor of pretrial litigation at the University of Nebraska College of Law and is a speaker at the NSBA Family Law annual seminar. Ms. Langan earned her B.A. degree, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and her J.D. degree, with highest distinction, from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln College of Law. JACKIE MADARA CAMPBELL is managing partner of the law firm Family & Juvenile Law Omaha, Christensen & Madara-Campbell, P.C., L.L.O. The firm's practice areas incorporate family law and juvenile issues of all sorts including divorce, custody, removal, grandparent rights, guardianship, adoption, and juvenile law. Before she partnered with Leslie Christensen, Ms. Madara-Campbell built her solo practice - Madara-Campbell Law Office - into a respected family and juvenile law firm. She is a regular presenter at continuing legal education seminars in the areas of family and juvenile law. Ms. Madara-Campbell has been published in the Nebraska Lawyer magazine, is a member of the Nebraska Supreme Court Pro-se Litigant Committee, and chair of the Court's sub-committee on Limited Scope Representation. Additionally, she is an Executive Committee Member of the Nebraska State Bar Association's Family Law Section, a Nebraska State Bar Foundation Fellow, past president of the Nebraska Women's Bar Association, and has been recognized by the Nebraska Foster Care Review Board for her work in juvenile court as a guardian ad litem. Ms. Madara-Campbell earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.
