MINDY RUSH CHIPMAN J.D., M.L.I.S., of Rush Chipman Law Office, has a solid legal and information science education, a long professional history of helping a wide variety of clients with legal needs, and a passion for complex legal research and writing. Rush Chipman Law Office provides traditional representation, as well as unbundled legal services, including freelance legal research and writing for other attorneys. JAYNE L SEBBY is a solo practitioner focusing on intellectual propert,. media, and business law in Lincoln, Nebraska. Ms. Sebby earned her undergraduate degree in broadcasting and film from the University of Iowa and worked as a producer/director in both public and commercial television. She earned her law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is admitted to practice in Nebraska federal and state courts. Ms. Sebby is currently president of the Woods Park Neighborhood Association and the Greater Lincoln Obedience Club. She also has strong ties to the creative community of SE Nebraska BENJAMIN THOMPSON is the president of Thompson Law Office, PC, LLO. Previously, Mr. Thompson was a founding and managing partner with Johnson Thompson LLP in Omaha, Nebraska, and an associate with Monteau & Peebles LLP. Prior to private practice, Mr. Thompson served as a judicial clerk to Justice John F. Wright with the Nebraska Supreme Court. He provides a perspective uniquely informed by his experience clerking for judges at both the trial and appellate levels. This experience, bolstered by his tenure as senior articles editor for the Iowa Law Review, allowed Mr. Thompson to further refine his analytical research and writing skills. He is as comfortable in the courtroom as he is in the boardroom. Mr. Thompson has participated in mediation, arbitration and litigation of various matters, including commercial transactions. He has assisted in the negotiation of intergovernmental cooperative agreements and the resolution of various disputes. Mr. Thompson has represented government and business entities as general counsel. He is a member of the American, Nebraska State, Omaha and California State bar associations and Robert M. Spire Inn of Court. Mr. Thompson earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law.
